These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and us. We may update them at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new version.

3. Eligibility

4. Account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secret
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms

5. Orders & Payments

• All prices include Greek VAT 24% (or the rate applicable at the time)
• Payment via Stripe / PayPal / Greek bank cards
• Digital products: instant delivery after payment
• Physical products: shipping within 2–5 business days (Greece), 5–12 days (EU/rest of world)
• 14-day withdrawal right for EU consumers (see Returns Policy)

6. Delivery of Digital Products

You receive download links immediately after payment. You have 30 days and 5 download attempts. After that, contact support.

7. Refund & Withdrawal Policy (EU law)

• Digital content: NO refund after you start downloading/viewing (you waive the 14-day right by ticking the box at checkout – Greek Law 2251/2014 §4ib)
• Physical goods: 14 calendar days to return, unused, in original packaging
• Return shipping cost paid by customer (except if item is faulty)

8. Intellectual Property

Everything on the Website (text, images, code, designs) is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools
• Attack the site (DDoS, SQL injection, etc.)
• Sell access to your account
• Upload illegal or harmful content

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, data loss)
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months
• We provide the service “as-is” without warranties except those required by Greek/EU consumer law

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these Terms.
