Yes you can. Corfu Local has 3 different levels of access.
The first level is public where the vast majority of the general information is accessible.
This is to provide the general public with access to the wisdom of the local residents.
The second level (membership) is for visitors to be able to communicate directly with the locals. This allows visitors to access forums, access contact details of businesses, make bookings and so on. The third level (membership) is for residents only. They can publish their business information, buy and sell on the locals marketplace and more.
We are trying to make Corfu Local as inclusive as possible but still ensure relevance.
A comprehensive database of tourist attractions, activities, accommodation, tours, rentals (car, boat, bike etc), events and entertainment for you to review and book.
Additionally, you have access to the other information such as local transport, local guides, destinations (curated by locals), local entertainment and events, under the radar things to do, local crafts and artisans. The heart of Corfu.
I would think that is obvious. In order to protect the privacy of the local resident, and prevent fraud, we need to ensure that people that are trying to contact them through our website are authentic and are travellers to Corfu. We do this through a membership system.
Yes you can – but you book direct with the local supplier, not through a third party travel agent.

Yes! Once you have browsed the site that is open to the general public and decided whether it is to your benefit to become a member, then, you will be required to take the next level of authenticity which is to pay a small fee for a 3 month visitor membership. Currently that is set at 6 Euros. This membership provides you with total access to the entire site and to communicate directly with any business that operates on Corfu Island, listed on our portal. Everything from accommodation to tattoists, yacht brokers to kayak rentals. Anything. You are now part of the Corfu community. But as part of the traveller community, you are also allowed to participate in forums and chat with local experts, make reviews, make requests and make friends. Go for it!
Finding affordable accommodation in Corfu is simple. Browse all accommodation listed by price range and availability. Look for seasonal variations to make your holiday planning easier.
Build your own packages. Rent a car with a your accomm. An airport transfer, all direct with the actual operators.
Its easy. Search for the thing you want to do, then contact the operator to negotiate a group price.
If what you want to do is not available, contact a local expert (using the “find an expert” search engine and publish what you are looking for. A local expert will respond so you can organise the arrangements.
This is especially useful if you are organising a special occasion such as wedding, birthday or anniversary.
